Kellyn Beek is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Alonix Technologies with 30+ years of executive leadership experience in cybersecurity, cryptography, quantum security, cloud security, and enterprise technology operations.
A recognized leader in post-quantum security, Kellyn founded Accenture’s Quantum Security practice and helped establish its Cloud Security and Space Security disciplines. He later served as a researcher and faculty lecturer in quantum security at Oregon Institute of Technology. His career includes leadership roles as COO, CTO, and CEO, along with directing Microsoft’s global GDPR initiative, leading large-scale security programs for Google™ engagements at Accenture™, and advancing cryptographic modernization for global enterprises.
In the early 2000s, Kellyn led a software team that had previously worked with Steve Jobs, founder of Apple™. A direct email exchange with Jobs ultimately led to Apple acquiring the company — an experience Kellyn recalls as a defining moment in both innovation and leadership. He recalls Jobs' personal demo in the Apple boardroom: "He was like a kid in a candy store — his enthusiasm was always infectious."
