Student AI Hackathon - Registration Form

By registering for the Student AI Hackathon and clicking the Send button,  you confirm that you are the person stated on the form, and are a currently enrolled student (age 18 or older, or have parent/guardian permission if age is below 18), currently enrolled with an accredited university, college or vocational school, and that any project you submit will be created during the hackathon event and will include meaningful AI functionality.   Dates of the hackathon: Begin/Start Date: Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 at 6:00pm EST. End/Final Date: Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.  You retain ownership of your entire work, but you grant the organizers or their representative(s) permission to use project details, photos, and recordings for promotional purposes. You agree to respectful conduct and understand that any harassment, cheating (including any stealing or use of code that was not created by you), or inappropriate behavior may result in removal or disqualification and or other actions, including but not limited to legal action.  Prizes awarded are: 1 person - $5,000 for first place, 1 person - $3,000 for second place, and 1 person - $2,000 for third place.  Winners may be required to furnish any proper ID documentation and tax forms before any release of funds, and judges’ decisions are final. Participation is at your own risk, and you agree that any and all organizers, sponsors, and venues, along with their representative(s) will not be held responsible or liable for any personal injury, financial loss(es), any damage loss of equipment, or data loss during and after the conclusion of the event.
